  • BBQ GRILL: Cooked well-done on cooking foil over charcoal grill.
  • Pan: High heat sear on both sides, then medium heat until well-done.
  • OVEN: 40-50 minutes at 375, flip in the middle.

 

HOW TO EAT

  • Best with fresh veggies, especially in a lettuce wrap.
