Description

HOW TO COOK

  • Tabletop grill: Season and cook the whole lump until browned, then cut up to pieces with scissors. Cook well-done.
  • OVEN: Season and cook 15 minutes in 400 degreesF, and 20-40 more minutes at 325.

 

HOW TO EAT

  • SSAM: Wrap the meat, rice, ssamjang and banchans with lettuce.
